Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have informed us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items Excluded from Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

Personal care or wellness devices that have been used (e.g., LED therapy masks or handheld devices).

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for your purchase (unless otherwise agreed). A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Please note that:

If only part of your order is returned, only that portion will be refunded.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
