Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
For hygiene reasons, LED devices that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless defective.
